Šta obuhvata

There are two ways this usually starts, and they are genuinely different pieces of work.

The first: you know what you need. A brief exists, the scope is reasonably clear, and the job is to design it, build it and hand it over working.

The second: you have a problem, or an idea, and no clear picture of the solution. That starts earlier — working out what the actual problem is before deciding what should be built. Sometimes the answer turns out not to be a website at all.
